Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data wiredin.gg(“we”) collects, why, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication credentials (managed by our auth provider, Supabase).
• Profile data you provide: username, display name, in-game name, bio, photo, games, achievements, team history, and social links.
• Relationship data: team memberships and the accounts you follow.
• Invite data: the invite code you redeemed and who invited you (referral tracking during the beta).
• Waitlist: if you request access, the email you submit.

Public by default

Player and team profiles are public and reachable by anyone at a clean URL without logging in. They may be indexed by search engines and unfurl as link previews on other platforms. Do not put anything on your profile you would not want to be public.

How we use your data

• To create and display your public profile (performance of contract).
• To operate the follow graph, teams, and invite system.
• To secure the platform and prevent abuse and impersonation.
• To contact waitlist subscribers about access (consent — you can opt out at any time).

Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers (“sub-processors”) to run the platform, including Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and Vercel (hosting). They process data on our behalf under their respective data-processing terms.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA) you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:

• Edit your profile data anytime in Settings.
• Export your data as a file from Settings → Privacy & data.
• Delete your account and associated data from the same place.

Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age; contact us if you believe a minor has registered.

Data retention

We keep account and profile data while your account is active. When you delete your account, associated data is removed. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or the beta concludes.
